Know More About Us
Benjamin Rizk is the visionary and heart behind CCD Security Consulting, LLC. Ben grew up in a small town in Central Texas where he spent most of his early years serving his church and local community, helping shape a lifelong passion for loving and serving people.
With a strong desire to help his community, Ben decided to pursue a career in law enforcement. He graduated from the Austin Police Academy in 2014, earning the prestigious Humanitarian Award. Ben then spent close to five years in law enforcement developing his leadership and crisis management skills, but it was in serving others that Ben truly found his niche!
In his most recent role with the Bastrop ISD Police Department, Ben served as a Crisis Intervention Officer where he learned the key principle that shaped his leadership style, “every decision should be based on love and protection, rather than force”.
During this time, Ben broadened his education by receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. In addition to his professional and academic pursuits, Ben believed ministry training would be the next step in his heart to serve people so he enrolled at Charis Bible College in 2022. While attending Charis, his law enforcement background gave him the opportunity to serve as a full-time training officer with the Charis security team where he developed a security internship program. This program helped equip students with the knowledge and heart to serve others in a security capacity, all while earning school credit hours.
It was there that Ben got the vision for CCD Security Consulting, a training program that allows individuals, the personnel of churches, organizations and businesses to receive law enforcement -inspired training without the costly expense of hiring an outside security agency. Ben has fused his crisis management skills with his heart for people in a unique way to deliver a training course that is well rounded and balanced in both service and skill.
